After the completion of his bachelors at Tulane University in 1999, Brian Azcona fell from the realm of social respectability and entered the political underworld of New Orleans. Finding mentorship and funding from professors on the lunatic fringe enabled him to earn a master’s degree in sociology at the University of New Orleans and work as a research assistant to study the social impacts of Louisiana coastal land loss. Following the completion of the graduate program in 2003, Brian lived a precarious existence as an adjunct faculty member for Xavier University of Louisiana. He is currently seeking his PhD in sociology at the University of Kansas. Meanwhile, he has also been knighted in three nations, retains an undefeated record in duels and is co-president of the Lawrence Equestrian Society.
